Solomon Onyibe
Solomon O. Onyibe – B.Sc., MPM, ANIESV, RSV [MANAGING]
A registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Mr. Onyibe holds a first degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, and a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos. He started his professional practice in 1993 with the firm of Diya, Fatimilehin and Co., where he worked for the first 4 years of his practice and rose to the position of Branch Manager before resigning in 1997. He has had excellent working experience with the firms of Odudu, Odudu & Partners, a Chartered real estate firm with core duties of carrying on valuation in the north east of Nigeria; Savannah Bank Plc with property/facilities management as core duties; Osapaul Properties and Investment Services Ltd with core duties of developments project management, and Omo Osagae Associates with core duties of valuations and property management. Mr. Onyibe is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers; he is also registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVaRBON) and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
Mr. Joshua Ajayi
Joshua Ajayi – B.SC
He is a young vibrant Estate Surveyor, holds his first degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He Started his professional practice in 2013 with the firm of Oludemi Jagun Dosunmu & Co Chartered Surveyors and Valuers with core duties of Property Management, Facilities Management, Valuation, and Estate Agency. He has attended numerous workshops courses, Seminars and Professional courses in the real Estate profession. He is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Mr. Emeka Osigbo
Emeka Osigbo B.Tech, MSc. MPM, MNSE
An accomplished, chartered engineer with COREN, a Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Member of Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE), Mr. Osigbo holds an M.Sc degree in Environmental Resources Management and Master Project Management (MPM). He has attended numerous courses, workshops and seminars in engineering, project management, computer application and human resources management at both local and international levels.
Mr. Itama Richard Osariere
Mr. Itama Richard Osariere
An accomplished, chartered Quantity Surveyor and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, He holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure and a Masters in Project Management from the university of Lagos. He is a construction cost expert and has been involved in multi-levels construction projects over the years. He is an independent consultant for Onyibe Solomon Associates and closely follows our project sites cost in cost monitoring.
Monday Odhegba
Monday Odhegba – B.Sc., MPM.
An Estate Surveyor, Mr. Odhegba holds a first degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, and a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos. He started his professional practice in 1993 with the firm of Kayode, Fasade and Company. He later joined the firm of Bode Adedeji Partnership. He worked briefly with the technical team of Econet Nigeria from where he joined Tilca Nigeria Ltd [a telecoms servicing company]. Mr. Odhegba is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Adewale S. Yusuf
Mr. Adewale S. Yusuf (OND, HND)
Adewale Yusuf is a young vibrant Estate Surveyors and Valuers, who obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos in 2015
He is also a graduate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuer and has attended numerous workshop and seminars in the real estate profession
His aim is geared towards resourceful team that is motivated in the business environment where credence is given to hardworking and dedication
Oluwafemi Michael Awoyale
Mr. Oluwafemi Michael Awoyale (BTECH)
He is a young resourceful Estate Surveyor, who hold his first degree in Estate Management from Federal University of Technology Akure (Ondo state) Nigeria
He started his professional practice in 2018 with an Estate firm called John Zedomi & Associates chartered Surveyors and Valuers where he served as field surveyors for the Property Enumeration and Assessment for the purpose of Property Taxation.
He is a graduate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate surveyors and Vauers (NIESV) and also a student members of the Royal Institution of Chartered SURVEYOR (RICS) .He has attended numerous workshop course, seminars and symposiums in the real estate Profession.
Omotosho Ruth Temitope
Miss Omotosho is a young vibrant upcoming professional with a BSc. in Accounting from Lagos State University. She recently joined our team as our in-house company accountant
